Kikuhime Brewery was founded in 1573 by the Yanagi family in Ishikawa Prefecture. Started from 1941, the brewery took the honor of purveyor to the Imperial Household Agency.
Kikuhime White "Gin" Daiginjo has been aged in low temperature for more than 1 year. While many aged sake drink nutty from oxidization, this sake meelows and deepens, developing layers of flavor and subtle aromas.

Recommended way to drink: Best chilled to 5 - 10 degree Celsius
Tasting Notes: Elegant and comfortable flavour like melon or banana, rich and soft sweetness taste of rice, smooth touch, dry, medium to full body.
Food pairing: Sashimi, sushi, tempura, fowl and meat dishes.
