Piper-Heidsieck Essentiel Cuvée Reservée NV is the newest release from the house. With extended ageing and a lower dosage than the Cuvée Brut NV this has more complexity and precision.

50% Pinot Noir, 30% Meunier, 10% Chardonnay. 10% Reserve Wine

Citrus zest, lemon, light pear and apple with notes of almond and fresh hazelnut. On the palate you see grapefruit and and juicy white peach and some bright citrus notes fill the mid palate with the lees texture really adding to the mouthfeel and a zip of salinity keeps it fresh on the finish..

Food pairing: Refined raw fish or steamed fish.
