Color: Yellow Golden color. Fine animated bubbles.
Nose: Firstly lemon, biscuits, white flowers, then mineral, spices, yellow flowers and chalk.
Mouth: Sharp and straight acidity. Creamy texture, Lemon saline and chalky. Long finish.

Winery Background
The Vergnon family has been established in Mesnil Sur Oger for five generations.
In 1950, JL Vergnon replanted his vineyards on the slopes of Cote des Blancs, in le Mesnil sur Oger.
In 1985, label of JL Vergnon firstly released. Rewarded by a "Coup de Coeur" for the Extra-Brut in 1987 by the famous Wine guide "Guide Hachette des Vins".
Majority of the vines are planted in le Mesnil sur Oger, a Grand Gru in the Cote des Blancs. Average age of the vines are over 30 years.
All the cuvee are 100% blanc de blancs, sourced from their own vineyards in the Grand Cru Vineyards in the Cote de Blanc.
